CNC LASER CUTTING
-
Our CNC laser cutting service offers precise, detailed cuts on a variety of materials using CO2 laser technology. Guided by a CAD file, the laser burns a fine line to create intricate designs in wood, acrylic, textiles, and other materials up to 3/8 inch thick. While CO2 lasers cannot cut through metals or very hard materials, we can etch anodized aluminum for custom designs.
CNC LASER ETCHING
-
Laser etching engraves shallow designs into the surface of materials without cutting all the way through. The depth and tone depend on the material. Although color etching isn’t possible, we can enhance designs with paint. Objects and materials must be flat for etching, making this service ideal for wood, acrylic, MDF, leather and other smooth surfaces.
To initiate the process, simply provide us with your existing file or idea, and if not available, let's schedule a date and time to have a detailed discussion about your ideas and requirements.
